Finals of Slovenia's got Talent

If somebody would ask me what's the most unforgettable moment I have had with the Dunking Devils I would say it is hard to say. There have been too many of them to point out only one. But if they would be persistent and would want to hear about only one moment I would tell them about the one that has a special place in my heart.

In 2010 we were competing as part of the TV Show called Slovenia's got Talent. The purpose of the show is to find the most impressing talent there is. We had a few awesome performances and we made it to the finals. By then people already knew us and liked our performances. We knew that for the final show we had to prepare something special and unforgettable so we were practicing like crazy every day. We really put all our effort and time into this final show. 
 
Then the moment came. It was our turn to go on stage in front of 7000 people plus the whole nation watching the live broadcast on televison. Everybody was hungry to see a spectacular show. We all took our starting positions and waited for it to begin. I was on the rim at the top of the basketball goal watching all my friends with whom I shared my time, sweat and effort every day in the past months. All for this moment. I was proud of myself and of each and everyone of my friends at that moment. 
 
The lights turned off and the commentators announced the beginning of our show. After announcing our name the whole arena started to scream and applaude! It was a crazy and special feelings that overflowed my whole body and made my heart beat as it never did before :) I couldn't wait for everything to start!
 
The lights turned on and the show was on. Everybody did exactly as we practiced. The show was flawless! I had a feeling it was over in a second. All the time we spend preparing for this show was worth it when we hear the response from the audience. Everybody was standing and shouting our name. Even now when I tell people what I do they remember that performance and tell me what a great show that was. Every time that happens it brings all those memories back to life :)
